By His Stripes (Song)

There are no more beautiful prophetic words about Jesus than the words of Isaiah the prophet. In the fifty-third chapter of Isaiah, we read that Jesus was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities. We read that He took all our sorrows. And we read that, “by His stripes, we are healed.” Peter echoed these beautiful prophetic words of Isaiah in his second epistle when he wrote, “by whose stripes ye are healed.”  

As you listen to this song, meditate upon the price Jesus paid when He took stripes upon Himself so that you could be healed.
