Both the Psalmist and Jesus said to the Lord, “Thy Word is truth.” Psalm 107:20 tells us, “He sent His Word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.” Jesus told His disciples, “If you continue in my Word, you will know the truth; and the truth will make you free.”
Whatever God has said in His written Word, you can believe. Whatever promise He has made is true. His Word is the truth and the truth was sent to make you free.
